What data we collect
Through the request form we collect the name and contact details you provide (phone, Telegram or email), the procedure or area you are interested in, your indicated budget and the language of the site. We do not ask for medical records through the website form.
How we use it
Your data is used only to contact you, prepare a personal selection of clinics and surgeons in Armenia, and — with your agreement — to pass your request to the partner clinic you choose.
Legal basis
We process the data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Storage period
Requests are stored for up to 24 months from the last contact, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or complete deletion, and object to further processing. Write to info@medtourister.com and we will respond within 30 days.
